What You’ll Do:
- Build meaningful relationships with candidates and clients.
- Source, interview, and recommend high-caliber tech talent across software engineering, data science, DevOps, and more.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative sourcing techniques
- Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand team dynamics and role needs.
- Curate a thoughtful, respectful experience for every candidate.
- Engage in community outreach and networking activities to build relationships, increase visibility, and foster partnerships that support organizational goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective placements
- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices
You Might Be a Fit If You:
- Have 1 years of experience in recruiting (technical roles preferred).
- Are a natural relationship-builder and great listener.

- Know enough tech to speak the language (or you’re eager to learn).
