  • Be a reliable, dedicated team member who consistently shows up on time and ready to work.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Site Leader.

About You

  • 3 years of experience playing and/or coaching baseball and/or softball at a competitive level (travel ball, high school, college and beyond - viewed favorably).
  • Deep understanding and passion for baseball, including knowledge of rules, fundamentals and coaching techniques.
  • Experience working with children in a sports, camp, or education setting.
  • Committed to making a positive impact in the lives of children and families through baseball.
  • Dedicated to the camp’s mission, program quality, and a supportive team environment for the full camp season.
  • Possess or able to obtain valid CPR/First Aid Certification prior to the start of camp.
  • Able to stand and be active for long periods, move quickly across fields, and lift/carry up to 50 lbs. of equipment.
