Headlands is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work on-site at our contract location in Dodgeville, WI.
This is an entry level position that is suitable for NEW GRADS or RECENTLY GRADUATED APP. This may also be a desirable position for experienced APP who are interested in learning a new clinical body of knowledge (Addictions). Productivity expectations are lower to allow for increased opportunities for learning and development of skills.
The position involves the following:
- 5 day work week (8 hour days, 40 hours, 9AM-5PM)
- Monday-Friday schedule
- ON-SITE ONLY
- Close supervision and extended training with an experienced provider specializing in addiction treatment
- On-site at out-patient clinic and/or residential programs in Orange County.
- MAT and withdrawal management clinics
- Admissions and followups
- No call or weekend requirement
- We are a cohesive group of addiction specialists, psychiatrists, nurse practitioners and physician assistants who are leaders in providing addiction treatment and mental health care to addiction treatment programs.
Successful Candidate MUST have the following:
- Currently NP or PA license in the state of Wisconsin
- Able to secure DEA license by start date
- Reliable, motivated to learn
- Proficiency with EMR software and electronic communication.
- Excellent multi-tasking and workflow efficiency
