Clinical Coordinator

As we continue to expand and diversify our service offerings, we are seeking a Clinical Coordinator for our Spravato Program.

This position provides clinical administrative and patient support in Headlights outpatient esketamine program. This position can be full-time or part-time and is onsite at our Anchorage office.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Providing daily patient care, monitoring, and charting in EHR for esketamine program
• Responsible for ordering medication through various pharmacies and communicating shipment schedules. Including logging and proper inventory
• Obtaining prior authorizations for new patients and maintaining authorizations for active patients
• Maintaining compliance with REMS, DEA, Med log audits etc
• Providing Spravato consults to potential patients as needed
• Providing a safe and therapeutic environment for daily treatment sessions
• Office administrative tasks include but are not limited to answering phones, sending scheduling reminders, maintaining office inventory, and communicating patient scheduling with in-house providers
  
  
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a medical office and/or a mental health setting is preferred
• Previous EHR experience and medical insurance experience preferred
• Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor, and interface well with patients in a mental health setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
