We Grow Service Providers for a Living
Our full-time paid Associate Program is designed for recent graduates in cosmetology. It’s a comprehensive hands-on program that provides the equivalent to a “master’s degree” in the areas of technical skills, guest handling, and business building. Our associates work with one of our incredible educators who will help you to grow into a career stylist. This one-to-one coaching and mentoring program will provide you with an incredible advantage when starting your career. Full-time associates can earn $30k per year and have access to world class technical training and nationally renowned educators. In addition to one-to-one coaching, associates also have weekly opportunity days to work on their own guests and practice their skills.
