Description
The primary responsibility for this position is to engage with potential car buyers who have expressed interest in purchasing a new or used vehicle by providing their contact information. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Reach out to prospective customers via calls, texts, video emails, and emails
- Generate appointments through proactive outbound prospecting
- Learn and adhere to call and email scripts
- Provide information promptly and maintain CRM records
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions

Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required
- Experience in Internet Sales and BDC required
- Proven track record in lead qualification and client engagement
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Creative mindset, proficiency in social media, and high energy level
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards Job
- Must be flexible with schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
