What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hyundai Express Lube Technician position at Headquarter Hyundai?
Entry-level Automotive Technicians (Oil Change Technician) efficiently perform routine maintenance and identify the cause of breakdowns and repair them using the most optimal solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general express technician services as needed
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicle automotive systems including flushes, oil changes, etc.
- Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs
- Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs to service advisors and customers
- Learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions to keep up with rapidly changing technology
- Adhere to the companys uniform policy
- Auto repair experience preferred but not required
- Dealership service department experience preferred but not required
- Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Working knowledge of shop equipment
- Must provide own tools
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Good work ethic
- Must work well with others
- Must be flexible with schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
