Exciting opportunity for a Service Porter position! The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining cleanliness and order within the service department, supporting Advisors, and preparing vehicles for delivery. Candidates with strong attention to detail and a customer-centric approach are encouraged to apply for this dynamic role with ample growth potential.
Responsibilities and Duties
(include yet are not limited to):
- Greet Customers arriving in the Service Department with a positive attitude
- Manage vehicle flow in the service drive
- Maintain the standard and quality of service of the organization.
- Work with the service advisors to complete tasks such as taking photos of the vehicle, cleaning cars, driving vehicles from service stalls, and other assigned duties
- Ensure customer vehicles are ready for return after service department repairs
- Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
- Must be able to meet drug free workplace requirement and pass a background and MVR check
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including, weekends and holidays
