Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure treatment is appropriately planned, scheduled and managed from initial evaluation through treatment completion.
- Serves as primary contact for dental offices, adjusters, nurse case managers, and claimants.
- Accurately enters treatment plans and sends for clinical and pricing review.
- Schedules appointments for approved treatment promptly.
- Prioritizes daily activities in ensure all assignments are completed.
- Reviews and responds to requests from clients, providers, claimants, or management in a timely manner.
- Educate provider offices on required documentation submission - chart notes, billing forms and required state specific forms.
- Obtains all missing required appointment documentation from providers.
- When unable to resolve an issue, will escalate to appropriate leadership/management.
- Engage with management regarding potential process and system enhancement recommendations.
- May be required to assist with the testing of system/process enhancements.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to work well individually and in a team environment
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
- Analytical ability with adept research skills
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must be able to multi-task, follow procedures and have active listening skills
- Bi-lingual is a plus
- Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Outlook and all MSOffice essentials
- Must be able to adhere to company’s physical & information security standards along with training requirements
