Job Summary
Headwaters Construction Company is seeking an experienced BIM Specialist to join our rapidly growing company. This is an in office full-time position that will report to the Project Executive team.

What you need
- 3 years of related experience (preferred)
- Construction Management, VDC, or related degree (preferred)
- Experience with BIM software
- Understanding of different trades and their sequencing
- Clear written and verbal communications
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects
- Excellent attention to detail

- Previous Scheduling experience
- Previous construction operations experience

Responsibilities
- Build and manage 3D models
- Coordinate with teams to ensure project success.
