Senior Estimator and Preconstruction Manager

About the Role

Headwaters Construction Company is hiring a Senior Preconstruction Manager / Estimator to lead our preconstruction efforts in Rexburg, ID. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of the preconstruction process, building trust and providing leadership to the project team, and presenting cost estimates to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preconstruction strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 5 years of experience working in Preconstruction or estimating.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
