Position: Salesforce Technical Architect/ SFDC Technical Lead Developer
Location: Arlington, TX 76014, USA(onsite)
Duration: Long term
- Ensure architectural alignment of solutions built and guide the team on the overall design to ensure solution meets the best practices• Providing technical guidance and support to development teams
- Experience working with Force.com Apex Classes, Apex triggers, Batch Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visual Force (VF Pages), Integration (REST, SOAP, Change DataCapture, Platform Events), Force.com API, SOQL and SOSL. - Experienced in Salesforce Data migrations with native tools such as Data Loader and 3rd party tools (Informatica, MuleSoft etc.)
- Assess and develop high level design requirements and communicate the same with development teams. Assess detailed specifications against design requirements.
- Analyze cross-functional business processes, identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility, and recommend new approaches via Salesforce enablement.• Ensure the Salesforce.com technical design aligns to overall enterprise architecture and scales well.
- Provide technical delivery oversight to the Brillio team and ensure that enough work is created for two sprints ahead i.e. N-2 backlog is ready as per the capacity defined for POD
- Managing stakeholder relationship and will be the first point of contact for any issues & escalation.
- Develop and author technical business solutions, product presentations, and demonstrations.
- Assist in collecting the requirements, grooming the backlog.
- Reviews product demo with the development team against acceptance criteria for the feature set
- Provides technical consultation on various aspects of the product and solutions based on the customer’s business requirements.
- Validates solution components and provide solution walkthrough with customer. Identify technical issues / risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve
- Participating in the continuous improvement of the solution and its components
- Drive innovation within the practice/team by creating/identifying re-usable components, tools, accelerators & as well work on increasing adoptions of these accelerators during delivery
- Have proved capability in architecting solutions independently and design software on the force.com platform with hands-on participation in building the solution for large implementation.
- Experience with the Lightning Framework on force.com & JavaScript frameworks, design patterns.
