As a consultant within the Vertical team, you will work with our clients to define their digital strategy and execution roadmap, and design and implement differentiated digital solutions to help deliver measurable value.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and key deliverables.
Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure seamless delivery.
Drive technical discussions and bridge communication gaps between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in financial technology projects.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards for leadership visibility.
Coordinate third-party vendors, partners, and technology providers when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
Project Management Experience:
6 years of experience in technical project management, preferably within the finance or FinTech sector.
Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with APIs, cloud technologies, software development methodologies, and system architectures in financial applications.
Methodologies:
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies.
Tools & Technologies:
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Regulatory Knowledge:
Understanding of financial regulations such as PCI-DSS, GDPR, PSD2, or Open Banking frameworks is a plus.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and drive proactive solutions.
