Requirements
- You must be a fully-licensed professional counselor at a Master's level or above.
- You must have a valid NPI number.
- You must have malpractice insurance.
Please note that we cannot service mental health professionals who are not fully licensed. Your application will be rejected until you obtain a valid license.
