Job Description:

Headwind Consumer Products is seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, following up on opportunities, and closing sales. You will also work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and campaigns, assist in creating and distributing sales and marketing materials, and participate in trade shows and industry events to represent the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Service:
    • Provide excellent customer support by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  2. Sales Calls:
    • Conduct outbound sales calls to generate leads, follow up on opportunities, and close sales.
    • Proactively reach out to customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
  3. Outside Sales Support:
    • Collaborate with outside sales representatives to ensure seamless customer interactions.
    • Assist in preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing follow-ups.
  4. Marketing Plan Execution:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and campaigns.
    • Assist in the creation and distribution of sales and marketing materials.
  5. Trade Show Assistance:
    • Participate in trade shows and industry events to represent the company.
    • Set up and manage trade show booths and interact with prospective clients.
  6. Administrative Support:
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
    • Assist in various administrative tasks to support the sales and marketing departments.
  7. Other Duties as Assigned:
    • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to contribute to the team's success.
Requirements

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows and events.
