Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer support by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Sales Calls:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to generate leads, follow up on opportunities, and close sales.
- Proactively reach out to customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Outside Sales Support:
- Collaborate with outside sales representatives to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Assist in preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing follow-ups.
- Marketing Plan Execution:
