Our high quality private practice is hiring a general associate dentist to provide hygiene and light restorative treatment. We are 100% fee-for-service so that you can provide the high quality of care as well as being compensated well. Our mission is to ensure every patient and their family members achieve optimal oral health and a confident smile for life. Our goal is to impact the life of 80K patients over the next 10 years.
What We Offer:
- Competitive compensation package with earning potential $200,000-$300,000
- Mentorship program tailored to new graduates (if you are new graduates), providing support and guidance at a level similar to residency. You make much more than residency with a similar level of support.
Requirements:
- Must be a licensed Dentist in CA or planning to get a dental license in CA.
