The Plant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing production activities within the facility, including managing employees, meeting targets, and ensuring product quality. They are also in charge of overseeing the facility itself and fostering a positive work environment in both assembly and production areas. This role reports to the Senior Director of Manufacturing.

• Duties and responsibilities

• Supervision of all machine operators, assembly, and packaging personnel.
• Coordinating the protection of the Environment, Health, and Safety.
• Organizing and supervising the team to complete the work tasks to achieve the objectives.
• Ensuring established policies or guidance for implementation, inspection, supervision, and control of various management systems of the production department are being followed.
• Ensuring production goal is met.
• Assisting with annual, quarterly, and monthly production operation plans.
• Work with manufacturing team and perform data entry for proper control of inventory.
• Monitoring the safety stock of raw materials.
• Work with the Maintenance team on all aspects of the plant, such as building, machinery, equipment, and grounds.
• And other duties that may be assigned.

• Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-10 years of experience leading role in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of ISO 13485 preferred.
• Medical device manufacturing experience a plus.
