QMAP Caregiver @ Residential Assisted Living

## Overview
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in need of care, promoting their well-being and quality of life.

## Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administer medication as per care plans
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Engaging activities for residents
- Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior

## Skills
- Experience in long-term care or similar settings such as assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes
- Ability to lift and transfer clients safely
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques
- Understanding of senior care needs and challenges
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
