Our one-of-a-kind campus in Madison Heights includes four different clinics each designed to serve the specific needs of children and young adults through every stage of life. Our unique services include a 3-month parent training clinic, speech therapy, occupational therapy, autism diagnostic testing and assessment, after school center-based services and day-time center-based services for children from the age of 2 through young adult. Summary of Essential Job Functions of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst:
- Conducting assessment activities related to the need for behavioral interventions;
- Designing, executing and monitoring behavioral analysis and therapy treatment programs;
- Overseeing implementation of behavioral analysis programs by other Company employees;
- Training, designing behavioral systems, and performance management;
- Facilitating parent meetings/ parent training to ensure consistency between the home and clinic;
- Completing comprehensive goals for Clients and completing reports for all necessary documentation requirements related to reimbursement from insurance companies and for review by Clients;
- Working collaboratively with other professionals involved in Client’s case;
- Staying current with research and new methodologies
- Other activities generally performed by a BCBA that are directly related to behavioral analysis such as activities related to oversight of Company programs and employees.
Minimum Requirements needed to apply for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst opening:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and Behavior Analyst license valid in Michigan
- Knowledge of behavior analysis and autism
- Ability to maintain caseload of billable hours
- A fun and compassionate disposition with an open mind geared toward learning
- Managerial experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Willingness to lead with a positive attitude even in times of stress
- Ability to bend, squat, push/pull, and lift 30 pounds as needed to assist with therapy services
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
