Responsibilities:
- Become a product expert and a brand ambassador. We provide on-the-job training to equip you with the knowledge to confidently talk about our products.
- Provide excellent customer experience with the ability to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships.
- Utilize a proven sales process to discover each customer's unique needs and guide them through a selection of a product that will deliver the best relaxation, comfort, and sleep.
- Build trust and relationships with customers. Proactively and effectively communicate product features and benefits, based on customer's unique needs.
- Input and update customer information using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool. Build and maintain client relationships through consistent follow-up with phone calls and thank you notes, scheduling appointments, and inviting to store events.
- Demonstrate a tenacious drive for results. Be accountable for becoming a trusted expert and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management, and create strong partnerships to meet customers’ needs, develop business-driving initiatives, and business success.
- Ability to manage basic store operations: processing purchase orders, aware of inventory/shortage concerns, and managing inventory storage, and supplies.
- Professional attire is required to represent the luxury brands.
- Maintaining perfect visual standards and performing daily cleaning.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills: ability to make a connection with a diverse array of customers.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably high-end sales.
- A commitment to professional appearance and attitude; willingness to represent the brand with integrity at all times.
- Adept at using technology required for store operations and sales presentations (e.g. laptop, credit card machine, product remote controllers)
- Genuine desire to grow and learn, as well as contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment. Displays an energetic and positive attitude.
- Motivated to achieve results and meet sales goals.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and be dependable; typical retail hours can include evenings and weekends.
- Able to demonstrate English language proficiency. Second language skills are a plus.
- Minimum H.S. diploma or equivalent required.
