HealingUS Centers is seeking a dedicated and responsible Live In Sober Home Operator to oversee our sober living environment. This crucial role involves providing support and structure for residents in recovery from substance use disorders while fostering a safe and respectful community.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily operations of the sober home, including ensuring compliance with house rules and standards
- Providing guidance and support to residents as they navigate their recovery journey
- Facilitating group meetings and activities, promoting a sense of community and mutual support
- Monitoring residents' well-being and reporting any concerns to the clinical team
- Ensuring the sober home is clean, safe, and conducive to recovery
- Assisting with crisis intervention when necessary, and providing conflict resolution among residents
- Previous experience in substance abuse treatment or recovery support is required
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of recovery principles and techniques
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred
