As a therapist, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions
- Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with agency standards
- Providing support and resources to clients and their families
Qualifications include:
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Current licensure in the state as an LPC, MSW, LSW, or LCSW
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health and substance abuse treatment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
