Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients with daily living activities and needs (e.g., transportation, meal preparation, emotional support).
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of clients while on the premises.
- Monitoring client behavior and reporting any changes or concerns to the managerial staff.
- Facilitating group activities and discussions to promote engagement and recovery.
- Maintaining strict patient confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in psychology or related fields is preferred.
