\n- Design and deliver engaging live training sessions tailored to diverse roles
- Create a robust library of high-quality, on-demand training materials
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify skill gaps and training needs
- Develop visually appealing training content in partnership with our Marketing & Communications team
- Evaluate and refine training initiatives for maximum impact
- Leverage modern learning management systems to streamline access to resources
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and requirements
- Provide strategic insights on workforce development trends and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field
- 5 years of experience in training and development, including live facilitation and e-learning content creation
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong instructional design skills and expertise in adult learning principles
- Proficiency in LMS platforms and e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate)
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Creative problem-solving abilities and passion for fostering growth in others
- Medical/healthcare experience preferred, but not required
