Summary
We are seeking a BSA/Compliance/Fraud Specialist to join our team at Health Advantage Credit Union. Health Advantage will train for this role. In this role, along side the Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our operations comply with all applicable regulations and standards. Once trained, your expertise will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and trust of our financial services.
Responsibilities
The right candidate will need to:
- Read/Comprehend/Learn credit union & finance regulations
- Learn fraud detection and awareness
- Identify risks related to finance
This person should be comfortable presenting to groups of less than 50 people.
Must have some experience with EXCEL and Powerpoint.
Able to comprehend policies/procedures/rules and explain them to others.
Once trained, be a resource to credit union personnel for questions related to finance regulations.

Experience with Compliance in the Credit Union industry is a plus. Bachelors degree is preferred and will be required in lieu of experience.
