Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in the Intensive Care Unit
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and evaluate patient progress
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements
- Active IN State or Compact Registered Nurse License if applicable
- Valid BLS, ACLS (MUST BE AHA), NIH Certification
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
- Additional certifications may be required
