Job Summary
We are seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit to join our team at Health Advocates Network-Nursing. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of recent experience in ICU and be available for IMMEDIATE STARTS.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and manage complex medical conditions, including cardiac arrest, respiratory failure, and sepsis
- Develop and implement education programs for patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff satisfaction
Requirements:
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
- Current RN licensure in Nevada or compact state
- At least 2 years of recent experience in ICU
