Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of recent experience in ICU nursing, with a strong focus on patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions of care.
Requirements:
- Active RI State or Compact Registered Nurse License if applicable
- Valid BLS, ACLS Required
- 1 year of experience required
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
- Additional certifications may be required
