- IMMEDIATE STARTS!
- Specialty: Case Manager Registered Nurse (RN)
- Active MS or compact State Registered Nurse License
- Valid BLS
- Must have at least 2 years DISCHARGE PLANNING EXPERIENCE in a Hospital Acute Care setting covering a vaiety of adult units.
- ER experience is a plus
- Must have Epic experinece
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
- Additional certifications may be required
