- Active LA State Registered Nurse License
- Valid BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
- Stroke experience, Ventilator management, assist with intubation/extubation, CVL (management/placement), foley cath management, tube feedings via NGT or PEG
- Additional certifications may be required
