Full-time Opportunities available | (days) | Monday – Friday | Competitive Pay
Essential Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Scheduling multiple techs daily routes for repairing DME equipment
- Creating route sheets for each tech
- Attaching appropriate documentation.
- Heavy phone work
- Equipment Triage to assess issues with equipment
- Data entry of purchase orders for parts ordered
- Charging parts to Customer order
- Follow up with Clients
- Documenting clear notes on order
- Work daily reports to assure orders are moving quickly and efficiently thru completion.
Skills required
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and in writing)
- Excellent math skills
- Exceptional critical thinking, resourceful, and problem solving abilities
- Able to multi task
- Excellent attendance
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Interact will with other employees and customers
Physical Demands and Qualifications:
- Can lift 2 pounds
- Can walk/stand for 2 hours
- Must pass drug and background check
- High School Diploma or equivalency certificate
- Excellent communication, phone, and customer service skills
- Previous data entry experience and 10 key skills
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Professional Suite
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Must be a detail-oriented problem solver with the ability to multitask
