Health and Fitness Activations is seeking reliable, health-conscious brand ambassadors to work with us on an ongoing in-store demo sampling program!
Job Description:
- Promote, sample, and sell organic mushroom coffee alternative!
- Educate consumers on the product's 100% organic cacao, ayurvedic herbs, and functional mushrooms
- The right candidate must be successful at reaching sales goals, be energetic, relatable, and PASSIONATE about a coffee-Alternative that gives you energy and focus without the jitters
- Also must have (or be willing to obtain) a 4-foot demo table and a food handler certificate
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $30/hr, paid weekly via direct deposit.
- This position is classified as W2 employment.
- Opportunity to earn an additional $5/hour in sales bonuses, paid monthly for achieving sales goals. Qualification rules will apply.
Location: Fresh Thyme - 2470 Burton St. SE, Grand Rapids, MI. 49546
Flexible Dates/Times:
- There is one shift available in January
- Shifts will primarily be scheduled on a Saturday or Sunday, potential for a Friday if necessary.
- Each shift is 3 hours long, for example: 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct all scheduled demos.
- Set up your demo table within the designated grocery retailer, ensuring an inviting and appealing presentation.
- Prepare and distribute product samples, engaging with every individual, customers, and employees alike
- Demonstrate a keen attention to detail by providing proper photos and accurate inventory reports for each demo.
Training: Must be able to complete a paid, virtual training course prior to the first demo. Previous knowledge of Promomash is a plus!
