Job / Position DescriptionThe Management Analyst IV reports to the Manager of Reporting and Security for the Operations Support and Oversight unit in the HHSC Accounting Division. Work involves coordinating and implementing organizational studies and evaluations, reviewing systems and procedures, SharePoint administration, creating and maintaining PowerApps and Power Automate Flows, assist in project management, coordinating work simplification studies, and reviewing operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. May supervise the work of others. Works under limited supervision, with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Essential Job Functionsand#149;Attends work on a regular and predictable schedule in accordance with agency leave policy and performs other duties as assigned. and#149;Assist Accounting management with the development of new improvement initiatives or modify existing processes for business sections in Accounting. Evaluate systems and processes, conducting work simplification studies, and evaluating operations and procedural manuals. Additionally, track and report Accounting Division identified business process improvement initiatives. -20%and#149;Create and maintain PowerApps, Power Automate Flows and Dashboards. and#150;20%and#149;Manage the Accounting Division SharePoint sites, including working with managerial teams to ensure updated information is available and easily accessible on SharePoint pages. -20%and#149;Assist in the development and publishing of the Accounting Annual Business Plan. Coordinate with managers and directors on initiatives to support Accounting Goals. Track progress of initiatives and document any challenges with completion. -20%and#149;Assist in the processing and review of information reports to support Accounting Department operations and information requirements.
