First year salary will range from $120,000 - $130,000 and second year will start at $140,000. Other provided benefits include:

Key Responsibilities
- Assess and diagnose patient mental health conditions and illnesses
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for assigned patients
- Monitor common issues and refer patients to specialized medical treatment if required
- Educate patients and their families about their diagnosis and related mental health concerns
- Perform required and appropriate procedures as necessary
- Maintain organized and thorough patient records
- Issue prescriptions to pharmacies and administer medication
- Review labs and adjust medication if required
- Inform Chief Medical Officer about any problems or discrepancies as they arise
- Develop a good rapport with patients, centered on trust and compassion
- Comply strictly with medical care regulations and safety standards
- Collaborate effectively with the Chief Medical Officer and other team members in the practice
Education & Experience:
- Current license as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Florida
- Master's degree in Nursing or a related field
- EMR understanding is required (EClinicalWorks preferred)
- PMHNP: 1 year (Required)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
