Position Requirements:
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Attributes: Dependable, customer-focused, energetic, and eager to learn.
- Skills: Ability to follow directions, multitask, and work on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in-person and over the phone with appointments, services, and inquiries.
- Schedule and manage client appointments, ensuring efficient use of staff and service resources.
- Set up and maintain client files and charts with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Operate the point-of-sale system to process retail transactions and service payments.
- Assist with client services, including foot baths and treatment sessions, ensuring a positive experience.
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and managing the schedule.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including floors, bathrooms, and shelves.
- Provide product recommendations and assistance to retail customers.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Social media experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and lift 50 lbs.
Schedule:
- Flexible hours: Monday-Friday (9 AM - 6 PM) and Saturdays (9 AM - 2 PM).
- Must be available until 6 PM on scheduled days and until 2 PM on Saturdays.
Compensation
- Compensation based on experience.
