Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chiropractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a passion for holistic wellness and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. As the Chiropractor, you will oversee the chiropractic department, mentor junior chiropractors, and ensure the highest standards of clinical excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to the chiropractic team, including chiropractors, assistants, and interns, to deliver high-quality care and achieve clinical outcomes.
• Conduct chiropractic examinations, assessments, and adjustments to diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction.
• Develop and implement policies, protocols, and procedures to standardize chiropractic care practices and enhance patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including massage therapists, medical professionals, acupuncturists, and physical therapists, to provide integrated care to patients.
• Mentor and train junior chiropractors, interns, and support staff to promote professional growth and clinical excellence.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including documentation of patient encounters and maintenance of accurate medical records.
• Participate in community outreach programs, educational seminars, and marketing initiatives to promote the clinic's services and enhance its reputation.
• Stay current with advancements in chiropractic medicine and contribute to the development of evidence-based practices within the clinic.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure in California to practice chiropractic medicine.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a chiropractor, with a demonstrated track record of leadership and clinical excellence.
• Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency in performing chiropractic adjustments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead a multidisciplinary team and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve common goals and uphold the clinic's values.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of chiropractic medicine.
