We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Strategy Director with a strong background in Health & Beauty to spearhead this exciting and high-growth vertical at Alchemy Worx. This is a unique opportunity to own and grow the vertical, lead strategy for one of the largest cosmetics brands in our portfolio, and shape the future of how Health & Beauty brands connect with their audiences. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of Account Management and Strategy expertise and a deep understanding of the Health & Beauty space.

This position is based in NYC and requires onsite client visits.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and Grow the Health & Beauty Vertical:
• Lead the charge in developing strategies tailored to Health & Beauty brands, establishing Alchemy Worx as a leader in this space.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create best-in-class solutions for current and prospective clients in the vertical.
• Strategic Leadership for a Flagship Cosmetics Brand:
• Drive account strategy and oversee the execution of comprehensive email, SMS, and paid social campaigns for one of our largest clients in the cosmetics category.
• Act as the strategic lead and primary escalation point for all client deliverables, ensuring quality, innovation, and measurable impact.
• Team Development & Mentorship:
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of strategists and analysts to deliver top-tier client engagement.
• Build a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
• Client Growth & Relationship Building:
• Cultivate deep relationships with clients, delivering strategies that foster trust and drive results.
• Collaborate with client executives to understand their goals and translate them into actionable marketing plans.
• Thought Leadership & Agency Growth:
• Shape the future of marketing strategy at Alchemy Worx by contributing to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and thought leadership content.
• Partner with discipline leaders across the company to refine methodologies and best practices.
