Essential Duties Include

• Collaborating with physicians to assess patient needs
• Conducting routine physical assessments
• Contributing to care plans

Qualifications include a CMA, RMA, or CCMA certification, an Indiana LPN license, and previous experience preferred. BLS certification is also required. We are an equal opportunity employer.
