Responsibilities:
- Provide resident-centered care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
- Assist with health care needs, vital signs, and personal care.
- Document resident interactions and communicate changes to nursing staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and assist with wellness programs.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- CNA certification required within four months.
- Minimum age of 16; prior experience preferred.
Salary : $21 - $26
