What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floating Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Sr. Living/ ALF/ Memory Care position at Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA)?

Full-time float Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) position available in senior living communities across Searsport, Camden, Rockport, and Union. $5,000 sign-on bonus offered.

Provide compassionate therapy services in assisted living, independent living, and outpatient settings.
Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff.
Must possess a current COTA license or be license eligible.
Strong computer skills and attention to detail required.
Flexible hours and competitive compensation ($25/hr - $35/hr).

Benefits include up to 6 weeks of paid time off, medical/dental/vision plans, disability insurance, continuing education, and a 401(k) plan.
