Responsibilities include developing and monitoring resident care plans, performing assessments, and assisting with discharges. Candidates should have an unencumbered R.N. License or LPN certificate, be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, and possess C.P.R. Certification. Prior MDS Coordinator experience and nursing facility experience are preferred but not required.
