Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Provide interventions in a home-based setting
• Document patient progress and collaborate with healthcare professionals
  
  

Compensation And Benefits

• Pay up to $85.00 per visit
• Full-time status at 25 visits/week

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Texas physical therapy license and CPR certificate
