- Gather data from charts and collaborate with physicians.
- Independently assess assigned patients.
- Recognize additional needs and make informed decisions on testing.
- Interpret results and set measurable, realistic goals.
- Regularly reassess patient progress and identify appropriate equipment.
- Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- LPT License in the state of employment.
- BLS certification.
