We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the Northridge area. In this hybrid role, you will work 50% in-person and 50% remotely, minimizing travel time and maximizing flexibility.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Provide parent training and education on behavior management techniques
- Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans tailored to each child's needs
Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification
- Masters degree in a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including Excel and Word
