**Job Description:**
A great opportunity exists for a full-time RN to join our team at Health Care Administrators Association, working 7p-7a on the Step-Down ICU unit. This position requires assessing and diagnosing patient needs for quality care, implementing medical plans and nursing interventions, evaluating care provided, maintaining accurate documentation of nursing care, supervising and coordinating patient care delegation, and adhering to nursing standards and practices.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Implement evidence-based nursing interventions to improve patient outcomes.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided and make adjustments as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Stay current with industry developments and adhere to relevant standards and best practices.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in Oklahoma.
- BLS certification.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
