Job Description
As a pediatric home care nurse, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing daily basic cares such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administering medications as prescribed by a physician
- Trach care and suctioning
- G-tube feeds
- O2 administration
- Documentation and record-keeping
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- A valid LPN or RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Pediatric experience is helpful but not necessary; we can provide training
