What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pediatric home care nurse position at Health Care Associates and Community Care Givers?
We are looking for dedicated LPN's and RN's who want to help provide care for our medically fragile children in their homes, as well as provide a positive, and encouraging atmosphere. Part time, full time, and prn positions are avaliable in the Caledonia area. Shift time needed is 8 : 30AM to 5 : 00PM.
What you will do :
Provide daily basic cares
Administer medications
Trach care / suctioning
G-tube feeds
O2 administration
Documentation
Other duties as assigned.
What you need :
A valid LPN or RN license
Current CPR
Pediatric experience is helpful but not necessary (We can train you)
