Role Description
This is a full-time, in clients' homes role for a Physical Therapist located in Grand Rapids, MI. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for assessing and providing physical therapy to patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and documenting patient progress. The role involves offering home care services and ensuring high-quality patient care and rehabilitation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
- License to practice physical therapy in Michigan
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
Salary : $35 - $45
