We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our healthcare team. Health Care for the Family, PC, is an independent, private family practice run by two married physicians. They have been practicing for over 30 years and have a fantastic reputation within the community and have a full patient roster.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments for patients.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses within the scope of practice.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide education to patients and families regarding health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stay current with best practices in primary care, emergency medicine, medical-surgical nursing, and working with individuals with disabilities.
Requirements
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
- Experience in primary care is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
