Description
LTV’s 8th Annual Bike the Gravel (BTG) bicycle event is scheduled for Sunday, September 30 with a start/finish location this year at the Virginia Tech Middleburg Agricultural Research and Extension Center (MARE Center) just outside of Middleburg.
And with 600 cyclists, 7 Private Properties, 2 Rest Stops, 1 Refresh Stop and 3 routes offered (25, 33, 66-mile options) we could use YOUR help!
Volunteers Are Needed The DAY OF For
There are all kinds of volunteer opportunities available, and we’re confident we can find the perfect fit for you! Please let us know if you would be available to assist with the event and if so, what tasks are of interest to you. 2–4-hour shifts are available. Tasks available:

- Venue setup (morning) & Day of Venue support
- Check-in & registration
- Parking crew
- Breakfast setup in AM
- Rest Stops (2 stops and 1 Refresh Station)
- Post Ride Lunch setup
- Route Marshalls
- Property Marshalls
- Finish line cheering squad
- SAG Wagons and Drivers (3 needed)
- Venue clean up (afternoon)
